Cool Weather, Hot Fair

The weather is getting cool; the warm noon is getting precious. The state fair is the last biggest event this year. After that and the NCAA football tournaments there won’t be any statewide events until next spring. Here is not like New York City where people can go shopping seasonal stuff in the streets during the winter.

A Corner of State Fair

So people here have a good reason to swarm into the state fair opened for the last two days. For myself, I’m not sure if I have the opportunity to visit it next year. So I have to experience how hot it is at least once.

Even if one just walks and looks around, the state fair is entertaining. There are lots of attractions from amusement parks; lots of food stands and lots of visitors and animals. It doesn’t have a theme, such as Disney Land featuring animation characters and backgrounds. Or we might say its theme is simple enjoyment that adults and kids can find anything suitable for themselves. Kids play attractions; teens play games for prizes; elders eat unhealthy snack and the rest pay.
